Hybrid room

 

The Skills Fitness Hybrid program is an innovative twist on conventional training. Our program helps you achieve a well rounded and balanced body through weight training, explosive training, mobility, stability and core training.  

Certifications and years of training have gone into creating a program that brings you current science based training that works. It will help you learn how to move your body in a healthy pain free way while building strength, mobility, stability and core.

Hybrid Class: 

Monday-Thursday 5:30-9:00am and 6:00pm

Friday 5:30-9:00am

Saturday 7:30am
