Kathy Streadbeck
Kathy Streadbeck has been a group fitness instructor since 2012. She has certified with AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor and is certified with Les Mills in BodyPump, CXWorx, Grit and BodyAttack. Her love for fitness stems from many years of gymnastics in her formative years. She also played many recreational sports growing up. She has coached/taught gymnastics, recreational sports, and various skills to many children, teens, and young adults throughout many years as a Recreational Supervisor for a local municipality. She loves to be outdoors and enjoys all that the world has to offer. Kathy is a hardworking, trustworthy individual with many leadership qualities and listening skills. She loves life and loves people! She enjoys getting to know those around her and sharing in their joys and accomplishments. Kathy is an advocate of being the best “YOU” in every situation. Between the ages of 13-15 years old Kathy was constantly told that if she would lose weight she would be a better gymnast and athlete. This was a difficult concept for her because she excelled in gymnastics and was always one of the top 3 all-around scorers for your team and only weighed 120-lbs at the time. Today, Kathy understands that excellence has nothing to do with your body weight! You can be great just as you are! Kathy loves learning and has recently received her Paramedic License for the State of Utah. Kathy is married to Jon Streadbeck and has four children; Amelia, Samuel, Zachary, and Connor.
